These terms are provided for customer clarity and may be updated from time to time.

1. Overview
Marleson & Ry creates custom vinyl and personalized goods. Submitting an order request does not guarantee acceptance until details, pricing, timing, and payment terms are confirmed.
2. Custom Orders
Custom work is produced using customer-provided details. Customers are responsible for spelling, names, initials, dates, colors, sizing, and overall design direction. Longer names or more complex designs may require adjustments to fit.
3. Proofs & Approvals
Proofs and mockups are approximations. Final placement, size, and color may vary slightly. Production begins after approval when a proof is required. Delays in proof approval may delay completion.
4. Pricing & Payment
Pricing may vary based on size, materials, complexity, turnaround timing, and requested changes. Payment terms are confirmed before production. Orders may not begin until payment or deposit requirements are met.
5. Changes & Revisions
Reasonable revisions may be included depending on package level. Additional changes after approval may result in extra cost or delay. Changes after production begins may be limited or unavailable.
6. Turnaround Times
Turnaround times are estimates. Lead time begins after required details, payment/deposit, and proof approval are complete. Rush requests are not guaranteed until confirmed.
7. Pickup & Delivery
Pickup details are coordinated when your order is complete. Local delivery may be available in limited areas, including Lake Highlands, when confirmed. Delivery availability may vary by schedule.
8. Customer-Provided Items
If a customer provides an item, Marleson & Ry is not responsible for pre-existing flaws, material limitations, or manufacturer defects. Customization carries some risk, especially with unusual materials or surfaces. Replacement of customer-provided items is not guaranteed.
9. Final Sale / Custom Goods
Custom and personalized items are generally final sale. If there is an issue, please contact Marleson & Ry promptly so it can be reviewed.
10. Colors & Materials
Colors shown in mockups, photos, screens, or previews may vary from final vinyl/material color. Material availability may change.
11. Use of Photos
Marleson & Ry may photograph completed work for portfolio, website, or social media unless the customer requests otherwise before completion.
12. Intellectual Property / Licensed Designs
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have rights to use submitted logos, artwork, names, or designs. Marleson & Ry may decline requests involving protected or licensed designs.
13. Communication
Primary communication may occur by email, phone, text, Instagram, or HubSpot form submission depending on the request. Prompt customer responses help avoid delays.
